  The National Guard and City of Tampa are seeking a new owner for the decommissioned Fort Homer Hesterly Armory near Armenia and Howard Avenues. The Armory was host to scores of notable figures over the years, including JFK, James Brown, Elvis Presley and the rock group Pink Floyd.
