The National Guard and City of Tampa are seeking a new owner for the decommissioned Fort Homer Hesterly Armory near Armenia and Howard Avenues. The Armory was host to scores of notable figures over the years, including JFK, James Brown, Elvis Presley and the rock group Pink Floyd. Ideas for renovating the site run the gamut, and include a proposed movie production studio, an ice skating rink
