A recent military study found that about 17 percent of soldiers returning from Iraq and Afghanistan had PTSD symptoms. Others are simply having trouble readjusting to civilian life. 
As Emergency Room patients experience longer and longer waits for immediate care, we investigate the situation with the "ER’s" of Florida and Tampa Bay. Is Emergency Room service being misused? Are there too few hospital beds? Should we resign ourselves to longer wait times for emergency care? What can be done?
