People looking to live a healthier lifestyle after cancer treatment are receiving help from the RENEW (Recovery with Exercise, Nutrition, Education, and Weight management) program at the H. Lee Moffitt Cancer Center on USF’s Tampa campus. And now RENEW is getting help from the Lance Armstrong Foundation with the first grant Moffitt has ever received from the cycling legend’s group.
