Choral Mass

The Christ Church Chorale, soloists, and instrumentalists from the Sarasota Orchestra will present Mozart's Mass in C, K. 258 on Sunday, November 25, as the morning liturgy for the 11:00 a.m. service. Christ Church is located at 4030 Manatee Avenue West, Bradenton. Admission is free.

Mozart's setting of the Mass was originally intended for use during the service. Although it and similar mass settings are more often heard in a concert setting, this offers a rare opportunity to hear Mozart's setting of the mass text in the context of a church service.
