EC Relay for Life Kickoff

Each spring, Eckerd College hosts one of the largest student-run philanthropy projects on Eckerd's campus - American Cancer Society's Relay For Life. This kickoff event honors cancer survivors and remembers those lost while raising money to assist ACS in fighting cancer – through research, advocacy, and services. Hear from an oncologist, cancer survivors and caregivers while learning more about the mission of ACS. Sponsored by American Cancer Society/EC Colleges Against Cancer. Part of the 2012-13 Presidential Events Series, "Cultivating Service: People, Politics, Planet."
