Safety Harbor Public Library presents Heart and Soul Cinema, a free Sunday afternoon film series, Sunday, October 21 at 1:30 pm. Join us for a screening of the two-time Academy Award nominated film about a single mother living in a small, mountain town and her complicated relationships with family and friends.
