Double-Bill at Caramoor: Gretchen Parlato & The Cookers

JazzSet brings us performances from the 2012 Caramoor Jazz Festival, just north of New York City. Vocalist Gretchen Parlato, the winner of the Jazz Journalists Association Award for Best Female Vocalist, was given that honor on stage at Caramoor. After her set, we'll hear the distinctive hard bop sound of a band of jazz veterans, The Cookers.
