Michael Anthony Nigro will appear in concert at First Presbyterian Church of St. Petersburg on Tuesday, February 19, 2013, at 7:30 p.m. The church is located at 701 Beach Drive N.E., St. Petersburg, Florida. His upcoming concert program, “Journey Through Latin America,” has brought much critical acclaim, and has been described as offering a first-rate concert experience brimming with musicality and engaging commentary. The program features compositions from Isaac Albéniz, Francisco Tárrega (Spain), Antonio Lauro (Venezuela), Gentil Montaña (Colombia) José Luis Merlin, and Jorge Cardoso, (Argentina). Hailed as one Southern California’s most talented guitarists, Nigro is acclaimed for his expressive playing and well-developed technique. The event is free and open to the public.
