Learn this printmaking process of producing “one print” by painting on a plastic plate and hand printing on wet or dry papers. This is a technique that is not well known by many artists, but was used by many famous artists like Rembrandt and Degas to make a spontaneous print that has a lively appearance which can be enhanced by pastels or other paint mediums. It is fairly quick to do and one can go home with one or many prints. Work from your imagination, your photographs or set up a still life a small still life. All materials will be supplied. Please note: If you are allergic please be advised wit will be using oil paint and odorless solvent. Minimum of 5 students, so sign up early.
