Gwen Miller Bests Redner

The former schoolteacher taught a lesson to the strip club king. Gwen Miller was resoundingly put back on the Tampa City Council yesterday by city voters by a margin of 56 to 43 percent over Joe Redner. This was the closest Redner has gotten to becoming elected, in his seventh try for public office. But he refused to close the book on running again.
