Mayor Pleased with Ruling

Weston Mayor Eric Hersch tells WUSF's Carson Cooper why he sued to have the 'super homestead exemption' proposal removed from the January 29th ballot. Hersch responds to the judges' ruling and tells Cooper he thinks lawmakers should include business and commercial interests and non-homesteaded property in any plans for property tax reform next year.
