Brandy Stark is an adjunct humanities professor who teaches in the Tampa Bay area. She's also the co-founder and senior investigator with a group called SPIRITS. The group investigates strange phenomena here in the Bay Area. WUSF's Morning Edition Host Carson Cooper talked with Ms. Stark from her home in St. Petersburg.
