Seminoles Strike Gaming Deal

Governor Charlie Crist says lawmakers don't have to approve the compact, although they get to decide how to spend the money. Crist says the state could receive more than $1 billion in the first five years and several billion in the next 20 as long as the state discourages non-tribal gambling from growing.
