9/11 Memorialized in Tampa

TAMPA -

The centerpiece of the memorial is a steel I-beam that will be part of a memorial to be installed at Ground Zero in downtown Manhattan. Scores of people who attended Friday morning's ceremony at Legends Field wrote their signatures on the beam.

This is the 25th - and final - stop on a national tour designed to raise money to build the memorial. It includes photographs, articles and a film about the families and police and firefighters who were involved in the attack.

The memorial will be on display Saturday at Legends Field and Sunday before the Tampa Bay Buccaneers game at Raymond James Stadium.
