Delgado was captured nearby, where he was found with three pistols and an automatic rifle.
Roberts is survived by his wife and 3-year-old son. Colleagues described him as a dedicated family man, known for his sense of humor and practical jokes. Officers wore black bands wrapped around their badges to honor his memory.
