BP released a 193-page report that shifts some of the blame for the massive oil spill to other companies. So what does this mean for Floridians trying to recoup a piece of BP's $20 billion settlement? Tampa lawyer Steve Yerrid is Gov. Crist's special counsel on the oil spill.

He tells WUSF's Steve Newborn it should make it easier for Floridians, because the companies will accuse each other of negligence.
