Bob Graham Blasts Oil Spill "Culture of Complacency"

Six months ago, President Obama established a commission to investigate the BP oil disaster. The co-chair of that commission is former Florida Governor and Senator Bob Graham. He condemned what he calls a "culture of complacency" from both the oil industry and government regulators.
Graham says their list of recommendations is not only intended to protect the Gulf of Mexico, but also the domestic oil industry. He tells WUSF's Steve Newborn that both the oil industry and government regulation needs to be overhauled.
