Hillsborough Kids, Inc. Contract Under Scrutiny

Hillsborough Kids Incorporated's $65 million contract to protect abused and neglected children may be at risk because of eight deaths of children under its supervision over the past two years. The Department of Children and Families says those are the highest numbers for any child protection agency in the state.
