The Port of Tampa is a huge, sprawling complex with a constant flow of people and cargo. It is close to downtown Tampa, MacDill Air Force Base and the Crystal River nuclear power plant. The Port is also the site for huge amounts of hazardous materials and petrochemicals. But how safe is it?
