Hurricane Season: Are We Prepared?

Floridians have enjoyed two relatively quiet hurricane seasons, but as Andrew proved in 1992 and Katrina in 2005, it only takes one "big one" to plunge a region into chaos. Is the bay area ready? Can a community ever be completely prepared?
