Reinventing Yourself

The state Agency for Workforce Innovation reported this month that Florida's seasonally adjusted unemployment rate in May reached its highest level in more than five years - 5.5 percent. That's the same rate we're seeing in the Bay area. This week on Florida Matters, our panel explores the opportunities and challenges for workers who face a career change - by choice or from employer cutbacks. We'll talk with an expert on adapting to change, two local career development resources, and a nurse who decided some years ago to drop her career in accounting and pursue her passion. Join us for a look at reinventing yourself, this week!
