Why isn't anyone addressing the initial doctor's failure to communicate?
All doctors could simply address the issue of dangers (pools, guns, medications, poisons) by saying, "Whether or not you have a gun, pool, pond, any body of water, poisons or medication in your home, I would like to go over some safety issues that you should consider to protect your child in your home, a family member's home or the home of a friend or neighbor..."
