The Tampa Bay Rays hung on in this improbable season to squeak into the baseball playoffs. Their first playoff home game at Tropicana Field sold out. But it's been a hard sell to fill the Trop with fans this year. Across the bay, the Buccaneers have had only one sold-out game in the past year - and that was for a Monday night game. Which leads to the question: Is Tampa Bay a big-time sports town?
