Florida Matters: The Future of Florida's Springs

Most everyone agrees that Florida's springs have seen much better days. Decades of growth, agriculture and lawn fertilizer are among the factors that have turned many springs into a soupy, murky muck. But a comprehensive bill to protect and restore Florida's natural springs failed in the legislature this session. We take a look at what the future holds for Florida’s springs, and visit Rock Springs in Orange County, where people say they've seen some changes to the springs throughout the years.
