Susan Adger and Isobel Keithley-Harwell

Susan Adger’s mother Isobel Keithley-Harwell was born and raised in Tampa. In a recent conversation we heard her recount a number of childhood memories, about her school days, the great era of dance bands in the 1930’s and more. Here she describes one of the first family homes on Washington St. in what is now downtown Tampa.
