On the Radio
USF Writing professor Ira Sukrungruang grew up in two worlds: a Thai household with his immigrant parents and the American culture outside his home. It proved to be an interesting experience. And it served as material for his memoir, “Talk Thai: The Adventures of Buddhist Boy.” He recently sat down with his wife Katie to talk about what inspired him to write his latest book.
Listen to Florida Stories Friday afternoons during "All Things Considered" on WUSF 89.7, Your NPR Station.
