USF St. Petersburg is home to the University of South Florida’s first Leadership in Environmental and Energy Design (LEED) certified structure with its new Science and Technology building. Sarasota Opera announced a five opera season for their 51st season in 2010-11. The fall offering will be Rossini’s version of the Cinderella story: La Cenerentola, which opens October 29. Sarasota’s 2011 Winter Opera Festival returns February 4 with four works including two Sarasota Opera premieres.
