Renee Polmear from the Kassel Society will discuss the United States Army Air Corp 445th Bomb Group's tragic bombing mission to Germany. On September 27 1944 in just over three minutes, 25 B-24’s, went down in a forest in central Germany. Only 4 of 35 B-24’s made it back to the base. A video will also be presented, questions will be welcome.
