On the Easel: Mark Stock, Shovel, 1985

Dean Mitchell Family Day

Spend an afternoon celebrating Dean Mitchell: Visions with Heart and Soul. Enjoy children's activites, docent tours of the exhibition, workshops, entertainment and refreshments. One highlight of the day is an insightful dialogue at 2 p.m. between Dean Mitchell and guest curator Dr. Leslie Hammond.

Art, Books, and Community (ABC) Reading Club

Read and discuss books about modern art and enjoy light refreshments bimonthly. March's selection is Matisse the Master (Vol. 2) by Hilary Spurling. Books are available for purchase in Isabelle's Museum Store (copies limited) or by interlibrary loan at Palm Harbor Library.

The Tampa Bay Pet-A-Paloosa

The Tampa Bay Pet-A-Paloosa is a gigantic pet adopt-a-thon with over 50 area animal rescue groups coming together to adopt out over 500 animals during this event. The event is FREE admission and FREE parking by the USF Sun Dome. Music, Fun, Food, Seminars and Pet supply vendors fill the Sun Dome with over 30 breeds of dogs, cats and other exotic animals.
