Classical Performance - Leonidas Lipovetsky

Leonidas Lipovetsky is professional Steinway Artist who stopped by for a live performance and conversation with Classical WSMR's Bethany Cagle. He played all the Mozart sonatas for the 250th anniversary of his birth and is now performing all the Beethoven sonatas. He taught piano at FSU for 35 years; one of his former students is jazz pianist Marcus Roberts. Leonidas started the project “Music and the Arts,” an exploration of how music, art and history are interlaced. He gives us a brief example during this live performance.
