Photoshop Basics

The aim of this course is to provide participants with a foundational understanding of the skills needed to turn a good photo into an amazing one using Photoshop. During this course, you will learn how to adjust and modify your images from beginning to print. In this course, we will cover tips and tricks for photo retouching as well as discuss the different approaches needed to modify the photograph. This class will cover the basics of shooting in RAW, formatting files for editing, using layers, paths, color retouching and more. Throughout the 4 weeks, students will be focusing on understanding how to use the various elements in Photoshop to enhance their images and communication through photography.
