For many Americans, the words of President Frankiln Roosevelt spoke of a faraway place many people had never heard of, Pearl Harbor. For 18 year old seaman Wayne Peace of Ft. Myers, it couldn't even begin to describe what he witnessed from his ship, the US Destroyer Sicard on December 7, 1941.
