USF Professor Robin Murphy, the director of the Center for Robot Assisted Search & Rescue, recently returned from Utah, where she had the sad mission of assisting in the search for six miners trapped in the Crandall Canyon mine. Dr. Murphy spoke to University Beat about the search, as well as about what she learned from her experience.
