USF has opened its newest building on the Tampa Campus, C. W. Bill Young Hall. The high-tech structure will house the Joint Military Leadership Center and USF's ROTC programs, promoting interaction between the service branches. University Beat takes you to the opening ceremony, where the man who the building is named after, Congressman C.W. Bill Young, received quite a surprise.
