Moffitt Healthy Kidz

More than 40 high-achieving, low-income young people from around the Tampa Bay area recently gathered at the Moffitt Cancer Center on USF’s Tampa campus to find out about careers in medicine. As part of the Center’s “Healthy Kidz Program,” the group toured Moffitt and talked with doctors, researchers and even patients. Find out more about the inspirational event on this week’s University Beat on WUSF 89.7.
