Sweetwater Workshop Series: Growing Herbs in Central Florida

Join folk herbalist and long-time organic gardener Willow LaMonte who will host her popular Herb Workshop. Willow will discuss growing culinary and medicinal herbs in pots or in the ground, planting and saving herb seeds, rooting from cuttings, the best time to harvest for optimal potency and flavor, and using some of our local wild plants as medicinal herbs.
Following the workshop, stay for the Farm Garden Tour with Joel Chudnow and the Sweetwater Sunday Market and Live Music Series, running until 4pm.
