Woods, Water and Wildlife

Nature’s Classroom is celebrating its annual Woods, Water, and Wildlife open house event from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. on April 13th and 14th. The event will feature student nature art displays, live music, children’s activities, animal handling, lunch food sales, and a variety of environmentally focused exhibits and events. Visitors may enjoy their day outdoors and tour the animal collections and native plant areas. Nature’s Classroom is located at 13100 Verges Road, Thonotosassa, Florida 33592, just 1.5 miles east of I-75 of the Fletcher Avenue Exit. For more information, please call 813-987-6969. This is a free event though there is a $5.00 entry donation per vehicle.
