June 1st marks the beginning of the Atlantic hurricane season. The National Hurricane Center is predicting up to 16 named storms this year, including six major hurricanes. Is Tampa Bay ready for this hurricane season? Who’s in charge during an emergency? Can we count on FEMA if disaster strikes our area?
