Florida Matters “The Creative Class in Tampa Bay ” (October 20th, 2006)

Richard Florida, author of "The Rise of the Creative Class: And How It's Transforming Work, Leisure, Community and Everyday Life."

Florida maintains that when this class moves into a neighborhood, other businesses and residents follow, enhancing the quality of life for the entire city.
Is the Tampa Bay Area attracting these creative types?
