Anyone
can listen to the WUSF Radio Reading Service,
by tuning in to WUSF-TV, Channel 16, and selecting
the SAP option on the remote control menu. To
turn off the Secondary Audio Program (SAP) channel, access

impaired, physically disabled, or who have a reading
disability) are eligible to receive a specially
tuned, low-frequency radio receiver, at no charge, from
the Radio Reading Service. The Library of Congress
estimates that 1.5 percent of the US population
are print disabled.
