A Four-Week Tri Brain Journey
Tri Brain is a four-week educational program designed for individuals seeking to deepen their understanding of self and others, reduce the impact of stress, and become more resilient and emotionally agile.Participants learn about the neuroscience of their three brains — head, heart and gut — and apply that knowledge to increasing productivity, resiliency, and intuitive intelligence. Grounded in evidence-based research, Tri Brain® will enable you to think differently about how your brain works, your heart informs, and your intuition guides you.
Understanding how our brains work allows us to better manage our thinking and emotions. The heart-brain plays a critical role in building resilience and improving cognitive function. "Listen to your gut" has more relevance that ever before. The gut-brain connection has a significant impact on our cognitive vitality, overall health, and emotional wellbeing.
This multi-session approach allows participants to integrate new ways of thinking and establishes new habits over a period of time that lead to increased performance in all aspects of life. Each two-hour group session consists of education and discussion about how the most recent neuroscientific discoveries translate into reducing stress, building resilience, changing behaviors, and incorporating mindfulness into decision making, interacting, and action-taking.
